GAL Beach Party!

Yesterday we had beach party on Hietaniemi beach! As I already wrote in my last entry, many thanks to all who attended. Yesterday was really great and lot of fun! I hope everyone had fun there. Weather was perfect that day, too!


I expected more people to attend but it was allright with this amount of gals, too! It was easier to talk and get to know everyone in smaller group ^.^ But are gals in Finland getting lazy to attend gal meetups anymore? One year back so many gals came to meetings but for example last time we had picnic meetup but there weren't that much people. I would like to still keep those gal meetups going on because it was always so much fun to have big meetings with other gals. Draw yourself up!

Goose army coming. There were a lot of birds and I hate those. Especially seagulls. One time big group of gulls attacked in our place while we were building sand castle. Ewww.


All the time I was afraid a one would poo on me. When we left the beach, I noticed that there was gull poo on my bag! Eeeeeew too distusting!! I washed the bag right away I got home and my hands like hundreds of times XD




Beach was kinda empty when we arrived there around 12PM. After a couple of hours the beach was full of people!

Here is some more info about the party in Finnish 'cause probably all attenders are Finnish so hehe~

♥ Beach partyt järjestetään siis 3. heinäkuuta Hietaniemen uimarannalla.
♥ Tapaamisaika on kello 12 ja -paikka siinä bussipysäkin/kahvilan lähettyvillä. Odotellaan muutama minuutti vähän myöhässä olevia ja sen jälkeen suunnataan itse rannalle etsimään sopivan iso paikka rantautua :D
♥ Tämä siksi, että rannalta on kauheen vaikea löytää ketään niin parempi, että nähdään sitä ennen jossain.
♥ Hietsuun pääsee nopeesti Kampista kävellen, mutta jos jollain ei oo hajuakaan sen sijainnista niin hypätkää 55A tai 55AK bussin kyytiin!
♥ Ottakaa mukaan rantavaatetus, pyyhe/liina, jonka päällä makoilla, juotavaa ja eväitä. Ja kaikkea mitä muuta nyt haluattekaan ottaa mukaanne viihdykkeeksi. Jotain hyvää musiikkia olis kiva kuunnella, että jos jollain on minikajarit tai jotain niin mukaan vaan!
♥ Ohjelma on aika rento ja suurimmaksi osaksi onkin vaan yhdessä hengailua ja juttelua, kesästä nauttimista ;D
♥ Ollaan keksitty myös pientä kivaa ohjelmaa, kuten hauskoja rantaleikkejä/pelejä 8D
♥ Hietsusta pystyy vuokraamaan rantalenttisvälineet mikäli niitä halutaan käyttää!
♥ Partyilla ei ole tarkkaa loppumisajankohtaa, niin kauan kuin porukka jaksaa hengailla ja lämmintä riittää
♥ Toivotaan nyt vaan, että tällä kertaa nyt edes sää suosis. Tälä hetkellä taitaa olla ukkosta luvattu sunnuntaille, mutta eiköhän noi sääennusteet vielä muutu tässä moneen kertaan.

Weather has been really bad this week: so cold and rainy, and we guess it will continue like this rest of the week. So hangout on the beach would be quite an impossible.

But we just had to change the date. Check it! It's Sunday 3rd July now! Hopefully many gals are able to attend this time~ And we hope there will some sun and hotness that day, not rain :D

After my entrance exams, I bought some sushi for me as a reward. Talking about exams.. it was really difficult as I didn't read that much. But let's see what happens..


I started going to solarium! I was there yesterday and today. I want to get little tanned for summer because I don't like that my skin is white as a dead. My plan was to go to a beach diligently but as we now the weather doesn't allow me to go there right now. My co-worker recommended this tanning salon near our work place: Golden Sun in Kaisaniemi metro station.


Mega lol @ my belt. I'm already tanned yay! But I think today I stayed too long time there because.. I burnt my butt :'''D It's red and hurts now. Not a good thing, I know T__T I think I'll still use solarium for a couple of times so I reach the level of tan I want. But I'll take a little break and not go there until next week.

Oh, today was hard day, though really nice, and I'm very tired. But because I have so many things to post again and I don't want them to be too late I try to update now. Be prepared for really bad text and writing mistakes >_<

But first of all! Yay for Finland's world championship 2011 in ice hockey! I'm not really interested in ice hockey but my man made me watch Finland vs Russia game before this week. So when Finland made it to the final, I wanted to see what happens next when they play against Sweden. My mom came to my place yesterday and we watched it together. I found the game quite boring most of the time and I just kept yawning. But only interesting part was when somebody made a goal! Haha~ I couldn't help laughing when Finnish players just made a goal after goal.

Yes, our plan was to have a picnic but we couldn't be outside for long as it was super cold and windy that day. It was just impossible to look like a human in that weather.

My holidays ended and now I'm back to school (＿Δ＿) Guess what? I'm having my last period ever in high school! I'm happy about that I'm going to graduate soon but I'll miss my school a lot afterwards d(*_-_*)b My lessons will end in February. Then I'll have our final tests, matriculation exams （｀・ω・´） I should start reading for them very soon! I've decided to be as hardworking as I am just able to be in this period and study hard my last things in high school I've done all my homework everyday! There's still quite many things to do in this month After finals I have to start preparing for matriculations, enrollment in a university and I'll be moving out, too (*^0ﾟ)v

I've been a little bit stressed these days but luckily there's one thing which helps and makes me relaxed

Hot bath! ♪(v〃∇〃)ハ(〃∇〃v)

Snow man bath ball I got from LUSH last time


First you have to let water run and then drop a bath ball to a full bathtub (*⌒∇⌒*) Ball will start bubble, release colourful frills and the best - the amazing smell which can not be described with words!


I love taking hot baths but I can't take them very often.. because in my opinion it's a horrible waste of water But still I love them°ﾟ°｡｡ヾ( ~▽~)ﾂ I always use as hot water as I just can bear and I try to stay in a bath as long as I can Baths also help in losing weight and digestion. It just makes you feel so relaxed, just like a princess! In baths I usually read or do some leg massage (ﾉ*ﾟｰﾟ)ﾉ

I told above that my school is going to end in February (∩。∩゛ヽ)　At the last day of my school, candidates for the matriculation exams are going to have their own day when we dress in some fancy costumes, decorate our school, throw candies and make parody songs and tricks This tradition varies in different places in Finland, for example in Helsinki final-year students just drive accross the city in a lorry throwing candies, isn't that right? (*o*;) I think our celebration is much more diverse and funny haha~

So I should get some fancy costume for that day!

I already have got this Minnie Mouse costume and it's one of my choices for that day but.. I have already used it several times so I want something new! ＼(●~▽~●) And probably people would think "why is she always wearing the same costume, doesn't she come up with anything new?".. But if I used Minnie, I won't have to buy anything. It would be good things because I want to save my money for more important clothes~ My school mates haven't seen me wearing this, only in pictures ヾ(´ρ`)ﾉ So it's still one alternative


I have gone through some online fancy dress stores and came up with some ideas for my costume ＼(^ω^＼)( /^ω^)/

Those photos are quite bad and some of the costumes look pretty ugly but they are just to show some idea ヾ(*・∀・)/ I would make the costume to look much more cute So what do you think, which idea would be best for my costume? I like all of them equally much ヾ(ﾟдﾟ*三*ﾟдﾟ)ノ I think I'm going to visit some fancy dress store this weekend so it also depends what's available there (ノ・ω)ﾉ Last night I saw a dream I wore Alice costume and it was really cute~ At the morning I had a feeling I must wear Alice for that day but now I'm not sure anymore. Hmmm.. What should I do? Tell me
