Princess Mimi (Bambi Series) Chocolate Brown

   During the weekend, I finally got a chance to wear my Bambi Series Princess Mimi Chocolate Brown. I felt brave and wore these to go shopping! My best friend tried it already and in her opinion it was a really orange brown and was seriously like Twilight. After hearing that, I was a bit scared since I am not a fan of orange brown lens but I bought them already and I'm gettinng into a habit of reviewing any lens I buy. I'm glad I'm starting now since I didn't review any of the lens I bought for 4 years!! (I started lens when I was in 10th grade~so 4 years ago @_@")

Anyways on to my review!!





    I will say, these are way more vibrant compared to the almond brown. While almond brown was a true deep brown, this one is bright brown with (sad to say) an orange tint. It's not very obvious in photos but it's quite bright in real life. I was a bit freaked out of myself since they really did reminded me of Edward and his family's eyes. As the day went on though, I felt more okai about them and plus they were one of the pairs of bambi lens that were actually NOT defective!!! They were quite comfortable but got a little dry at times. It passes my test since I was able to wear it for 11 hours without my eyes dying. (I usually don't wear circle lens for that long)


   These lens are great if you like a really pop out brown and if you don't mind a more reddish orange brown compared to a golden hazel brown. I think these also look quite nice and attractive in photos. Overall these lens aren't bad~I just like the other colors int he Bambi Series more.

RATINGS

Color: 8/10 Vibrant!! (I just don't enjoy the reddish brown color though and I know there are brighter lens out there)
Enlargement: 10/10 Perfect enlargement~I love how round it makes my eyes ^o^
Comfort: 8.8/10 Dry once in a while but nothing eye drops can't solve~Overall quite comfortable!
Overall: 8.9/10 because it's one of the non defective lens that I can actually wear, and a little less points because I don't like red brown but its not that bad~also it's not the most comfortable but 8.9/10 is quite good in my book =D!!

Princess Mimi (Bambi Series) Almond Brown & Joined Giveaway

     I meant to post this yesterday but headaches related to learning poker got to me ^^"~~Anyways as you can see from the photo, I will be doing a review on Princess Mimi Bambi Series Almond Brown. I ordered both Almond Brown and Chocolate Brown from Fobby Barbie's pre-order so it was around 19-20 dollars per pair. Quite cheap!!

    I wasn't that excited since the lens didn't look that special but I bought it just because I felt like trying every single Tsubasa lens!! I wasn't disappointed at all when it came to how it looked. When you first stare at the lens, it looks very normal and similar to all those other dark brown lens. Even though it looks similar, when worn, it's flattering!! A lot of times when I wear brown lens I feel like I end up looking a bit tired and it seems to emphasize my dark circles...so I'm not a big fan of them. This time I felt like it opened my eyes and it's natural but it blings blings your eyes O_O♥



   I really like how it gives a perfect size of enlargement just like all the other Bambi lens. The design isn't very apparent because of the dark brown color but it looks quite natural and I love the dark brown color. It blends very nicely!

As for the comfort....I have one complaint. I've read about the Princess Mimi lens having lots of defects. I had a defective lens when it came to my Apple Green and I was lucky enough to have it exchanged thanks to eyecandylens. They were really nice about it! This time it was a pre-order and I was praying it wouldn't be defective but, T^T one side was!! The other side was sooooo comfortable like I literally couldn't feel anything!! Unlike the green lens, this time I was actually able to wear it but, I shouldn't have. It made my eyes have tons of red lines and the next day I had itchy eyes. This lasted for couple days before I was brave enough to wear lens again. I also tried e-mailing Fobby barbie but I don't understand why they haven't replied after so long...I'm not sure if I should try e-mailing them again. Right now I'm trying to search for somewhere that sells single lens so I can just replace my defective lens.

I wore these lens twice..this was the first time and I don't understand how I could keep wearing defective lens =3=...I really like them though!!!

So..DO NOT wear defective lens...even if you can withstand it. If you feel anything in your eye and it's not comfortable...TAKE IT OFF!!! I'm sure most of you guys understand and it's common sense, but I'm just an idiot for continuing @_@" *sighhhh*

Anyways...

RATINGS:

Color: 10/10~I love the natural brown!!! I'm giving it a 10 not based on visibility but on the color! It's not too dark either, but a perfect deep brown.
Enlargement: 10/10~Perfect size, not too alien like~but just the way I like it!
Comfort:  T^T........If it's not defective....that one eye I would give it 10/10 since I couldn't feel anything....but because one side was defective....I can only give it 5/10 since the other side was uncomfortable at times...
Overall: This would get a wonderful rating from me if it was defective!!! I give it a 10/10 if both sides were fine!!! I'm not sure what to say~because it was defective, but I still love it so I'll give it 8/10~2 points taken from the defects!

Thank god my chocolate brown isn't defective~~ I will wear those some time soon and make sure to post it up..and have clearer photos!! Once I find a replacement, I'll make sure to camwhore more to show off the almond brown's true potential *O*!!

Princess Mimi (Bambi Series) Apple Green & Photo Shoot

      I feel like I have so much to post, that I had a hard time deciding today’s topic. In the end I’ve decided that I really would like to share my Princess Mimi (Bambie Series) Apple Green lens with the world…or anyone that reads my blog ^_^!! On my previous Princess Mimi Sesame Grey review, I posted a few photos from the photo shoot I did with one of my best friends. The person who took the photos had to do a retake for his project and so, another lovely photo shoot for me =D!! Last time I wore the Sesame grey, so this time I decided to try out the Apple Green.

First off, I will review the pair of lovely lens that I bought off Eye Candy Lens~~I have been purchasing a lot of lens lately @_@ and I think one of my goals is to collect most of the Princess Mimi series♥!! They are all so GORGEOUS!!!
 
PRINCESS MIMI APPLE GREEN (Bambi Series)

I must say, when I first tried the Sesame Grey, I was very impressed. This time I was not disappointed as well!! Well at least color, enlargement, and visibility wise. The green color was even prettier then the Geo Angel Greens! It was vibrant and really flattered the eyes, but not so vibrant that I look like my eyes are full of radiated kryptonite =D! Aside from the color, the pattern was BEAUTIFUL!!!! I love how it makes my pupil look like the middle of the sunflower, and gold/yellow patterns on the side creates an awesome sunflower effect! Also the enlargement looked really nice~~I’ve seen some extra large circle lens and it made a lot of people look alienish. With this lens it enlarges of course but for some reason it manages to magically keep eyes from becoming bug like ^o^!!!

Now..on to my disappointment…it was similar to the grey lens in where when I first put them on, I felt them. I didn’t feel uncomfortable on both eyes but I felt it on one side. I tried taking it out and putting it back in couple of times but I still felt it. It’s not painful but I just don’t enjoy feeling the edge of the contact in my eye. I’m unsure if it’s just me or if anyone else has that problem but I’m guessing it’ll get better the more I wear it. Overall, I think this doesn’t matter to me as much since the lens being so extremely gorgeous just makes up for it! If you do want super extremely comfortable lens, then this might not be for you~but if you don’t mind feeling it a bit, the awesome color and look of the lens will make up for it ♥



RATING:

Comfort: 6.5/10 on one eye~~10/10 on the other (I couldn’t even feel my other eye =_=”..Hopefully the uncomfortable feeling goes away with more wears)
Enlargement: 10/10 LOVELY♥ Awesome enlargement without the nasty bug look
Color: 9/10 because I have seen a brighter lens but I would totally give this 10/10 in my book since I think the amount of green and the level of vibrancy is PERFECT FOR ME!!
Overall: 8.9/10~~I just had to take away a little bit of points because of the uncomfortable feeling on one eye, otherwise I would probably give this a 10/10 if it was completely comfortable since the color is WONDERFUL!! My favorite green lens so far♥ ♥ ♥

Princess Mimi (Bambi Series) Sesame Grey & Geo Angel Green

I've realized that I haven't touched this blog for a while and all these product reviews I planned to do are stacking up. I think it's too much to put it all in one post so I'll gradually post them. Today's special though will be two circle lens review~~

I'll start off with Geo Angel Green♥

These lens have been reviewed many times before and I had these for a while but I've decided to review them. (I might review all my other lens too if I have time, I have like 13 pairs and I've only reviewed two of them @_@)

These lens weren't very comfy the first time but like a lot of lenses, after a little while it feels much more comfortable! The color isn't extremely vibrant nor is it that dark, but for sure it is noticeable and people will most likely notice. Especially if you're Asian most people will be curious of your green eyes =D~but it is indeed pretty. The enlargement is obvious but not overly exaggerated. Overall, I enjoyed wearing these.

RATINGS:

Comfort-8/10 The comfort level is quite comfortable =]
Color- 7.5/10 I like the color because it's not too bright nor too dark but I gave it a 7.5 based on how vibrant it is.
Enlargement-7/10 The enlargement is good but because there are so many lens coming out with larger sizes so a 7/10 for the Angels♥
Overall-7/10 since it's not my most favorite but I like it =D

Princess Mimi Sesame Grey (Bambi Series)

This lens is well known to be worn by Tsubasa ♥



I just want to say how much I love these lens! I was a bit afraid at first because the size is 15mm and I was afraid I would look alien like but it is extremely beautiful. The pattern is gorgeous as well as the color! The comfort level was just like a couple of the other lenses where it's a bit uncomfy at first and then my eyes adjust and I eventually can't feel it at all! Seriously, I love these lenses so much and just everything about it! I can't wait to try the Green apple one too!



RATINGS:
Comfort-9/10 It eventually felt really close to nothing so 9/10 =D!
Enlargement-10/10 BIG!!! But Pretty ^_^
Color-10/10 I love the pattern and the color! It's so beautiful *O*!!
Overall- 9/10 the only thing was the comfort level when it first entered my eye, other then that, WOOT!!!
